摘要
目的探讨诺舒(Nova Sure)阻抗控制子宫内膜切除系统治疗异常子宫出血的有效性、安全性及推广价值。方法选取2015年1月~2017年4月本院诊断为异常子宫出血患者120例,所有患者采用诺舒阻抗控制系统行子宫内膜切除术,术后1、3、6个月门诊随访,观察疗效及并发症。结果 120例患者均完成手术,诺舒治疗时间48~126 s,平均(84.1±19.2)s,术中出血5~15 m L,平均(9.5±0.7)m L。术后1、3、6个月的有效率分别为99%(118/120)、97%(116/120)和95%(114/120);闭经率分别为67.5%(81/120)、61.7%(74/120)和57.5%(69/120)。术中及术后均未出现明显并发症。结论诺舒治疗异常子宫出血具有安全、有效、治疗时间短、操作简单等优点,近期疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the efficacy,safety and promotion value of NovaSure Resistance and Control System for endometrial exision in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods From January2015to April2017,120patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who were diagnosed in our hospital were given endometrial exision by NovaSure Resistance and Control System.The patients were given follow-up visit one,three and six months after the surgery.The efficacy and complications were observed.Results120cases completed the surgery.The treatment time of NovaSure was48-126s,The average was(84.1±19.2)s,and the intraoperative bleeding were5-15mL,with the average of(9.5±0.7)mL.The effective rates at1,3and6months after surgery were99%(118/120),97%(116/120)and95%(114/120)respectively.The rate of amenorrhea was67.5%(81/120),61.7%(74/120)and57.5%(69/120)respectively.There was no obvious complications during and after the surgery.Conclusion NovaSure in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding is safe and effective.
