钛镍记忆合金线连续拉拢缝合在骨科小面积皮肤缺损中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨钛镍记忆合金线连续拉拢缝合在骨科小面积皮肤缺损中的应用价值.方法收集37例因创伤及压疮造成皮肤小面积缺损患者,均采用钛镍记忆合金线连续拉拢缝合皮肤及皮下组织全层.结果 36例患者达到Ⅰ期愈合,无需植皮或皮瓣覆盖,1例患者因术后切口感染行2次手术清创,再次应用该方法达到临床愈合,Ⅰ期愈合率为97.2%.结论钛镍记忆合金缝合线是一种良好的骨科新型缝合材料,采用连续拉拢缝合法,并结合皮肤的伸展特性,可解决骨科小面积皮肤缺损,避免了创伤相对较大的皮肤移植术或皮瓣覆盖术,缩短了愈合时间,减少了住院费用,疗效可靠. Objective To investigate the value of titanium-nickel memory alloy wire continuous drawing and suture in the small area of orthopedic skin defect.Method37cases with trauma and pressure ulcers caused by a small area of skin defect were used Ti-Ni memory alloy wire continuous suture the skin and the whole subcutaneous tissue.Results36cases achieved primary healing without skin grafting or flaps.One case was cured by secondary surgical debridement after incision infection,and then the method was applied to achieve clinical healing.The primary healing rate was97.2%.Conclusion Titanium-nickel memory alloy suture is a good orthopedic suture material,using continuous suture method combined with the skin stretching properties can solve a small area of orthopedic skin defects,avoid the skin graft or flap,shorten the healing time and reduce hospitalization cost,efficacy,it is worth clinical application.
