摘要
目的研究分析肝病上消化道出血患者的临床护理方式,对临床护理的效果进行研究分析。方法根据我院接收的肝病上消化道出血患者进行研究分析,共有33例患者,对患者进行病情观察,提供有效的护理服务,和医生密切配合,对患者的并发症及时的处理,给予针对性的护理干预手段。结果经过治疗以及护理之后,患者的治疗显效率是75.76%,有效率是21.21%,无效率是3.03%。结论肝病上消化道出血患者接受有效的护理服务能够让患者的临床治疗效果获得提升,患者的治愈率提高,降低患者并发症的发生率,临床中具有非常重要的应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing methods of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and to analyze the effect of clinical nursing.Methods33patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were analyzed,to provide effective nursing service,and doctors to closely cooperate with the treatment of patients with complications timely,targeted nursing intervention measures,timely treatment of the patients'complications and targeted nursing interventions are given.Results After treatment and nursing,the markedly effective rate of patients was75.76%,the effective rate was21.21%,the ineffective rate was3.03%,and the effective rate of clinical treatment was relatively high.Conclusion The effective nursing service for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding of liver disease can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients,improve the cure rate of patients and reduce the risk of complications.It has a very important application value in clinical practice.
