摘要
目的 观察中药湿疹外洗方治疗婴幼儿湿热型湿疹的临床疗效。方法将68例湿疹婴幼儿随机分为观察组和对照组（各34例），对照组予炉甘石洗剂外擦，治疗组予湿疹外洗方外擦，以7d为一个疗程，共观察2个疗程。结果治疗后，对照组的总有效率为76.47%，治疗组的总有效率为94.11%，治疗组的疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）；2组患儿的中医证候积分均有下降，且治疗组患者的积分低于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗过程中无不良反应出现。结论湿疹外洗方外用治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗程短、疗效好、无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine eczema in treating eczema due to damp heat.Method:68infants with eczema were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(34cases each),Control group was treated with Calamine Lotion rub,Wash wipe block treatment group treated with eczema,7days as a course of treatment,a total of2courses were observed.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of control group was76.47%,the total efficiency of the treatment group was94.11%,the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01);TCM syndrome score between the two groups decreased,and the integral in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion Eczema,external wash,external treatment of infantile eczema,short course of treatment,good efficacy,no obvious adverse reactions.
