摘要
消费者个人信息同时具有人格利益与财产利益,对个人信息予以保护的深层原因在于对个人信息的不当收集、处理与利用,将导致特定个人的精神、财产利益遭受损害。论文分析了大数据时代汽车消费者个人信息保护面临的挑战和困境;从"理念-立法-救济制度"方面提出了大数据时代消费者个人信息保护的对策。
Consumer personal information,including personal interests and property interests,is protected because the improper collection,processing and utilization of personal information will lead to the detriment of the spirit of specific individuals and property interests.The challenges and dilemma faced by the automobile consumer's personal information protection were analyzed in big data era.Counter-measures to protect consumers'personal information in the big data era from the aspects of"concept-legislation-relief system"was put forward.
