摘要
铅酸电池的失效导致电池使用寿命(容量)远低于预期年限,造成资源能源的巨大浪费和严重的安全问题。综述了铅酸电池失效模式和机理分析方面的研究进展,包括正极活性物质脱落,板栅腐蚀;负极不可逆硫酸盐化,高低温循环、高倍率部分荷电态(HRPSoC)对不可逆硫酸盐化的影响以及析氢等失效模式。
The failure of the lead-acid battery(LAB)causes the capacity loss and short lifetime,even leads to serious energy and safety problems.The failure model and mechanisms research progress was reviewed,including positive active mass degradation and grid corrosion,irreversible formation of lead sulfate in negative plate,the impacts of high rate partial state of charge and temperature on irreversible sulfation,and the hydrogen evolution.
