洋葱醇提物对离体蟾蜍心脏功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察洋葱醇提物对离体蟾蜍心脏心肌收缩力和心率的影响。方法:根据斯氏蛙心插管方法,用0.8、1.6、2.4 mg/mL浓度洋葱醇提物对离体蟾蜍心脏进行灌流,采用BL-420生物机能实验系统记录蟾蜍心率和心肌收缩力的变化。结果:加入0.8、1.6、2.4 mg/mL浓度洋葱醇提物后离体蟾蜍心率变化不大或略减慢。然而无论是离体蟾蜍心脏的平均收缩力还是心力峰峰值均先逐渐下降,在1分钟左右达到谷值,然后逐渐上升,在5分钟左右达到峰值,蟾蜍心脏收缩力呈现典型的先下降后升高的表现。结论:洋葱醇提物可使离体蟾蜍心脏心肌收缩力先减弱后增强,心率变化不明显。 Objective:To observe the effects of onion alcohol extract on heart rate and myocardial contraction force of isolated toad heart.Methods:According to Stokes'frog heart cannula method,onion alcohol extract in the concentrations of0.8,1.6and2.4mg/mL were pumped into the isolated toad heart,the changes of heart rate and myocardial contraction force of isolated toad heart were recorded by using BL-420organism function experiment system.Results:The change of heart rate of isolated toad was slight or heart rate slowed slightly after adding onion alcohol extract in the concentrations of0.8,1.6and2.4mg/mL.Average contractility and peak value of cardiac force of isolated toad heart firstly decreased gradually,to the valley value around one minute,and then rose gradually,to the peak value around five minutes,myocardial contraction force of isolated toad heart presented firstly decreasing and then raising.Conclusion:Onion alcohol extract could first weaken and then enhance myocardial contraction force of isolated toad heart,and it shows no effects on heart rate.
