摘要
目的通过分析"两票制"对我国药品流通价值链中各利益主体的影响,为政府完善"两票制"提供意见与建议。方法运用利益相关者理论对药品流通价值链中各利益主体进行分析。结果与结论政府应加快医保支付制度的改革,科学制定药品流通差率。
Objective To analyze the influence of the"two-invoice system"on the value chain of drug circulation in China,and provide references for improving the"two-invoice system"by government.Methods The stakeholder theory was used to analyze the various stakeholders in the value chain of drug circulation.Results and Conclusion The government should speed up the health insurance payment system reform,and scientifically formulate the balance of drug circulation.
