摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的效果,以及对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)的影响。方法选取2014年3月—2016年3月在该院治疗的CVA患儿110例,将患儿随机分为观察组(n=59)和对照组(n=51),观察组给予孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗,对照组给予布地奈德治疗,观察两组治疗效果,以及血清TNF-α和Ig E变化等。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其总有效率为96.61%;观察组咳嗽消失时间和喘憋消失时间分别为(7.20±1.59)d和(8.12±1.22)d,明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TNF-α和Ig E分别为(520.05±98.92)ng·L^(-1)和(610.01±101.29)U·m L^(-1),明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)和第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_1)分别为(3.97±0.62)L和(3.01±0.50)L,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童CVA有较好的效果,能明显降低血清TNF-α和Ig E水平,改善患儿肺功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(CVA)and its effect on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),immunoglobulin E(IgE).Methods From March2014to March2016,110cases of children with CVA in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=59)and control group(n=51).The observation group was treated with montelukast combined with budesonide treatment,and the control group was given budesonide treatment only.And then two groups therapeutic effect and the serum levels of TNF-αand IgE etc were observed.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate was96.61%.The disappearance time of cough and wheezes in the observation group was(7.20±1.59)d and(8.12±1.22)d,which was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group after treatment TNF-αand IgE were(520.05±98.92)ng·L-1and(610.01±101.29)U·mL-1,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)in the observation group after treatment were(3.97±0.62)L and(3.01±0.50)L,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with CVA has a good effect,can significantly reduce the serum levels of IgE and TNF-α,improve pulmonary function in children.
