摘要
借助于SIMOTION SCOUT软件研究串联机械臂伺服控制系统的组成,查阅相关的设计手册和产品使用说明书选择系统各组成部分的品牌,并通过比较、计算确定各硬件订货号,然后在软件中分别配置这些硬件。该串联机械臂伺服控制系统主要包括西门子SIMOTION运动控制器、S120驱动器和伺服电机。
In this paper,the servo control system(SCS)of series robotic arm(SRA)was studied by using SIMOTION SCOUT software.In addition,looking up related design manuals and operating instructions,the brand of each component in the system was selected.Through the comparison,each hardware order number was verified,and the hardware would be settled in the software.The SRA SCS mainly consists of SIMOTION kinematical controller and S120 driver and servo motor with the brand of Siemens;series robotic arm.
