摘要
在特长隧道采用直径为10.20m敞开式硬岩TBM掘进机,独头施工20 000m过程中更换主轴承存在较大的难度,且对工程施工进度有较大影响。重点介绍在III级围岩中完成新、旧主轴承的换装工艺流程与施工要点。
It is difficult to replace the main bearing in the process of 2000m one-way construction when using open hard rock TBM tunneling machine with the diameter of 10.20m in extra-long tunnel,which has a great influence on the construction progress of the project.The process flow and construction points of new and old main bearing in class III surrounding rock is elaborated.
