血清胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白和血浆D-二聚体联合检测在脑梗死中的临床应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究不同程度脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血浆D-二聚体(D-D)的水平。方法选择我院收治的脑梗死患者359例(脑梗死组)和同期的体检健康者100例(对照组),比较不同程度脑梗死患者的血清Cys-C、Hcy、hs-CRP和血浆D-D水平。结果脑梗死组的血清Cys-C、Hcy、hs-CRP和血浆D-D水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同程度脑梗死患者的血清Cys-C、Hcy、hs-CRP和血浆D-D水平:大面积梗死组>中面积梗死组>小面积梗死组>腔梗组(P<0.05)。结论血清Cys-C、Hcy、hs-CRP和血浆D-D水平与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的发生、发展密切相关,上述4项指标联合检测对脑梗死的早期诊断、治疗具有重要意义。 Objective To study the levels of serum cystatin C(Cys-C),homocysteine(Hcy),hs-CRP and plasma D-D in patients with different degrees of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 359 cases of patients with cerebral infarction(cerebral infarction group)and 100 cases of healthy people(control group)in our hospital were selected,and the serum levels of Cys-C,Hcy,hs-CRP and plasma D-D in patients with different degrees of cerebral infarction were compared.Results The levels of serum Cys-C,Hcy,hs-CRP and plasma D-D in the cerebral infarction group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in levels of serum Cys-C,Hcy,hs-CRP and plasma D-D in the different infarction degree were significant:the large area infarction group>medium area infarction group>small area infarction>lacunar infarction group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum Cys-C,Hcy,hs-C RP and plasma D-D are related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.The combined detection of 4 items have important clinical significance in the early diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction.
