摘要
临床见习是内科学习的一个重要环节,使理论知识与医疗实践、基础与临床紧密结合,加深医学生对内科常见病、多发病的理解与掌握。然而受学时、病种、病情严重程度及医院条件等诸多因素的制约,临床见习带教中存在较多困难。通过认真备课、强化基础知识、多样化的教学方式、反复临床实践、分段式教学及医德医风教育,可改善内科临床见习带教效果,从而全面提高医学生的能力和素质。
Clinical probation is an important part of internal medicine learning,which integrates theoretical knowledge and medical practice,and combines the foundation with clinical practice.Moreover clinical probation of internal medicine can make the medical students better understand and master the common and frequently-occurring diseases.However,there are still many difficulties in clinical probation due to various factors,such as class hour,disease types,severity of diseases and hospital condition.We can improve teaching effectiveness through careful preparation of lessons,strengthening basic knowledge,diversified teaching methods,repeated clinical practice,sectional teaching and medical ethics education.And we ultimately achieve the goals of improving medical students'abilities and qualities.
