摘要
目的观察中药内服联合鼻内窥镜术加低温等离子消融进行筛前神经及蝶腭神经阻断术治疗过敏性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将过敏性鼻-鼻窦炎患者102例随机分两组,每组51例。对照组采用鼻内窥镜术加低温等离子行双侧筛前神经及蝶腭神经阻断治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上配合口服中药治疗。观察两组治疗效果、SNOT-20评分及Lund-Kennedy评分,以及术后复发情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率96.08%显著高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SNOT-20评分均显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后12个月,治疗组Lund-Kennedy评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后复发率略低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论对过敏性鼻-鼻窦炎患者采用中药内服联合鼻内窥镜下低温等离子消融技术进行筛前神经及蝶腭神经阻断治疗,效果确切,能显著改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nasal endoscopy and low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of allergic rhinosinusitis with anterior ethmoid nerve and sphenoid nerve block.Methods One hundred and two patients with allergic rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal endoscopy and low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation with ethmoidal nerve and sphenoid nerve block;and the treatment group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,SNOT-20 scores,Lund-Kennedy scores and postoperative recurrences of the two groups were observated.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group(96.08%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.47%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the SNOT-20 scores of the two groups decreased,and that in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Lund-Kennedy score in the treatment group after treatment for 12 months was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of allergic rhinosinusitis treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technique of anterior ethmoidal nerve and sphenopalatine nerve block treatment is effective.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of promotion.
