关于提高规培医师对脑血管疾病临床能力的探讨

摘要 我国脑血管疾病发病率呈上升趋势,致死致残率高,给患者家庭带来沉重的经济及精神负担。脑血管疾病临床上具有急性起病,病情重,进展迅速,治疗方案多样化等特点,需作为一线的规培医师快速判断病情,明确诊断及治疗,尽可能控制病情,改善预后。本文主要探讨提升规培医师对脑血管疾病的掌握及临床处理能力,提升处理脑血管疾病的临床能力,需要临床实践与理论知识相结合,临床与科研相结合。 The incidence of cerebrovascular diseases in China is on the rise,and the death rate is high,which brings heavy economic and mental burden to the families.Cerebrovascular disease with acute onset,clinical illness weight,progress rapidly,diversity and other characteristics,treatment should be as a gauge on the front-line doctors to quickly determine the illness,diagnosis and treatment,and control the condition as soon as possible.This paper mainly discusses the improvement of standardized training physician's ability to control cerebral vascular disease and its clinical treatment,It is necessary to combine clinical practice with theoretical knowledge to improve the clinical ability of treating cerebrovascular diseases.
