摘要
目的探究人性化护理管理在临床护理工作中的实施效果。方法选取我院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的患者126例作为本次研究的对象,将所有研究对象按照不同的护理管理模式分成两组,对照组采用常规护理管理,研究组则采用人性化护理管理,对比两种护理效果。结果研究组护理后,患者的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,而护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间对比差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理工作中采用人性化护理管理能够取得较高的护理满意度,并降低不良事件发生率,值得在临床上推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing management in clinical nursing.Methods 126 cases in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 as the object of the study,all subjects according to the different nursing management mode were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine nursing management,the research group used humanistic nursing management,the nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results After the nursing,the incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanistic nursing management in clinical nursing can achieve higher nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
