摘要
目的观察PBL教学法在非麻醉专业规范化培训医师气道管理教学应用效果。方法选择2017年9月—2018年1月于我院麻醉科进行住院医师规范化培训的医师28名作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组及模拟教学组,各组完成相应气道管理培训,培训完成后进行理论知识及临床技能考核。结果模拟教学组医师理论考试成绩高于对照组,选择管理气道方法较对照组合理,置入喉罩及气管插管成功率明显提高且时间缩短,且过程中不良事件的发生率明显降低。结论应用气道管理模拟教学有助于规培医师准确掌握气道评估,并利用基础知识、在气道管理中更能准确地选择气道管理办法,进行及时地给予有效通气,预防缺氧等不良事件的发生。
Objective To observe the effect of PBL teaching method of airway management in non-anesthetic specialized physicians training.Methods 28 physicians in the anesthesiology department of our hospital from September 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and PBL group.Each group completed the corresponding airway management training.After the completion of the training,the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills were evaluated.Results The theoretical examination and airway management in the PBL group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events decreased significantly.Conclusion Application of simulated teaching helps to accurately grasp the airway assessment and select the way in the training of airway management,and reduce the incidence of hypoxia.
