摘要
目的分析心理护理和健康教育对老年眼科手术患者的影响。方法选取2015年8月—2017年3月我院收治的老年眼科手术患者90例作为研究对象,将其均分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理和健康教育,观察患者负性情绪、不良反应发生率,护理满意度评分及健康知识掌握评分。结果观察组患者焦虑抑郁评分比对照组低,不良反应发生率比对照组低,护理满意度评分及健康知识掌握评分比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年眼科手术患者心理护理及健康教育,能缓解患者不良情绪,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度,加强健康知识掌握。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological care and health education on the patients with ophthalmological sur gery.Methods From August 2015 to March 2017,a total of 90 cases of elderly patients with ophthalmic surgery in our hospital,they were divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given psychological care and health education,to observe the incidence of patients with negative emotions,adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction score and health knowledge score.Results The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of nursing satisfaction and health knowledge were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care and health education for elderly patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery can relieve patients'bad mood,reduce complications,improve nursing satisfaction and enhance health knowledge.
