摘要
面对2018年825万高校毕业生,就业压力不言而喻。笔者以高职院校会计专业的理论与实践课程时间与空间不连续为切入点,运用文献资料法、参与式观察法解析了高职院校会计专业进行人才培养模式重塑的必要性与可行性,构建了高职院校会计专业全程性系统化五级能力递进人才培养模式,推动高职院校会计专业学生单项操作、综合操作、会计实务处理、会计代账业务处理、从事实际会计工作五级能力在六个学期的培养中时空连续性塑造。
In the face of the 8 million 250 thousand college graduates in 2018,the pressure of employment is self-evident.With the discontinuity in the time and space for the theory and practice courses of accounting major in higher vocational colleges as the breakthrough point,this paper uses the method of literature and participatory observation method to analyze the necessity and feasibility of reshaping the talent cultivation mode of accounting major in higher vocational colleges,constructs the talent cultivation mode of accounting major in higher vocational colleges based on the whole-process and systematic five-level capacity progression,in order to promote the continuous shaping of higher vocational accounting majors'five levels of capacities in six semesters,including individual operation,comprehensive operation,accounting practice,business processing of bookkeeping agency and actual accounting work.
