摘要
通过分散固相萃取法建立茶叶中氯氰菊酯残留量批量快速测定方法。茶叶样品粉碎后,加入正己烷经超声提取、脱色、分散固相萃取后用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(gas chromatography-electron caputure detector,GC-ECD)法测定,采用外标法定量。结果表明,该方法中氯氰菊酯在0.5~5.0μg/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,且其3种同分异构体的相关系数分别为0.998 9、0.998 6、0.998 7;当样品中氯氰菊酯添加量分别为20、40、60、80、100μg/kg时,回收率为88.1%~111.5%,相对标准偏差为1.49%~2.76%,方法检出限为2.04μg/kg。本法操作简单、快速、重现性好,适用于茶叶中氯氰菊酯残留量的快速分析测定。
A rapid and quantitative method for the determination of cypermethrin residues in tea by dispersive solid phase extraction was developed in this paper.Tea samples were crushed,hexane was added,after ultrasonic extraction,decolorization,dispersive solid phase extraction,cypermethrin was determined by GC-ECD(gas chromatography-electron caputure detector)method and external standard method.The results showed that cypermethrin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5-5.0μg/mL,and the correlation coefficients of three isomers were 0.998 9,0.998 6,0.998 7,respectively.Samples of cypermethrin in addition were 20,40,60,80,100μg/kg,the recovery rate was 88.1%-111.5%,the relative standard deviation was 1.49%-2.76%,the detection limit was 2.04μg/kg.This method is simple,rapid and reproducible.It is suitable for rapid determination of cypermethrin residue in tea.
