摘要
对"火候"进行概括性阐述,并对传统操作实践经验及现代技术革新进行初步探讨,指出"火候"是炙、炒、炮、煅中药药料过程中对于炮制火力、操作时限,以及饮片形、色、气、味、质的把控程度,如何恰当拿捏"火候"不仅关乎炮制成品的质量,亦与中医组方用药的安全性、合理性和有效性息息相关,故炮制"火候贵在适中"。
HuoHou is illustrated generally,practical experience of traditional operation and modern technological innovation are initially discussed,it is pointed out that"HuoHou"is to control the firepower of the processing,operating time limit,and the degrees of controlling the appearance,color,Qi,flavour and the nature of medicine materical crude slices during the course of broiling,frying,quick-frying,calcining herbs,how to handle"HuoHou"appropriately is not only about the quality of the processed products,but also closely linked with the safety,the rationality and the effectiveness of TCMprescriptions,therefore,what HuoHou really counts is moderate during the processing course.
