摘要
水生态系统评价指标体系的建立对于量化区域水生态文明建设水平,推动水生态文明建设具有指导性作用。本文以雄安新区为研究对象,基于水生态文明系统的形成历程与机理,对新区湖泊河系及水生态文明系统现状进行梳理,借鉴典型城市相关领域的经验与研究,建立健全雄安新区水生态文明的评价指标体系,结合雄安新区定位与实际水生态、水环境建设现有水平及顶层规划,该体系共涉及8个主要方面,包含25项评价指标,为"千年大计、国家大事"雄安新区发展高端高新产业新城提供文明、和谐的水生态环境。
The establishment of water ecological civilization system and evaluation index system is instructive to quantifying the level of regional water ecological civilization construction and promoting the construction of water ecological civilization.In this paper,Xiongan New Area is taken as the research object.Based on the formation process and mechanism of the water ecological civilization system,it hackles the water systems and current situation of water ecological civilization system.to establish and perfect the water ecological civilization system and evaluation index system.Combined with its positioning,the existing level and top planning of actual water ecology and environment construction,the system involves 8 main aspects,including 25 evaluation indicators,providing a civilized and harmonious water ecological environment for the"millennium plan,national event",Xiongan New Area to develop to the high-end and high-tech industrial city.
