摘要
目的观察仿生物电技术应用于顺产产后耻骨联合分离症患者的治疗效果。方法选取顺产产后耻骨联合分离症患者60例,将其随机分为A组(常规护理组)、B组(骨盆外固定组)和C组(仿生物电技术治疗组),分别于产后第5天、产后6周进行评估,评估内容包括患者骨盆处局部疼痛情况及耻骨联合的宽度。结果 3组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分呈逐渐降低的趋势,C组优于B组,B组优于A组,其组间、时点间、组间·时点间交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组耻骨联合宽度随时间的延长而缩短,C组优于B组,B组优于A组,其组间、时点间、组间·时点间交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频仿生物电技术是一项有效的治疗顺产产后耻骨联合分离症的方法,安全、无创,患者易于接受,可以短期内缓解疼痛,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate curative effect of biomimetic electrical technique in the patient of symphysis pubis diastasis after spontaneous delivery.Methods This study included 60 patients of symphysis pubis diastasis after spontaneous delivery.The patients were divided randomly into group A(routine nursing group),group B(the pelvis of external fixation group)and group C(biomimetic electrical technique group).The local pain of the pelvis and breadth of symphysis pubica were assessed and compared among the 3 groups in 5 days and 6 weeks after spontaneous delivery.Results The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was decreased gradually over three groups,the group C was better than group B and the group B was better than group A,there were statistically significant differences between groups,time points,and groups·time points in the 3 groups(P<0.05).The 3 groups of pubic symphysis width were shortened with time,the group C was better than group B and the group B was better than group A,there were statistically significant differences between groups,time points,and groups·time points in the 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency biomimetic technology is a more effective way to treat pubic symphysis after delivery.It is safe and noninvasive for patients to accept.It can relieve pain and improve quality of life in a short time.
