摘要
GATA6属于GATA家族。GATA6在不同的肿瘤类型组织中发挥不同的生物学作用,GATA6在胆管癌,乳腺癌等组织中作为促癌基因,而在卵巢癌,胰腺癌等组织中GATA6作为肿瘤的抑癌基因。本综述对GATA6和其家族成员特点,及其与相关肿瘤的关系进行重点阐述。
GATA6 belongs to the GATA family.GATA6 plays a different biological role in different tumor types.GATA6 acts as a gene for cancer in cholangiocarcinoma and breast cancer.GATA6 is a tumor suppressor gene in ovarian cancer and pancreatic cancer.This review focuses on the characteristics of GATA6 and its family members,and their relationship with related tumors.
