掺杂改性对锆钛酸钡陶瓷弥散性铁电相变的研究进展

摘要 锆钛酸钡基陶瓷在室温附近具有较高的介电常数,而且在还原气氛和高温直流场中其介电性能也较为稳定,由于具有良好的介电、压电、铁电、热释力、光电及非线性光学等特征,铁电材料在微电子学、光电子学、集成光学和微电子机械系统等领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文综述了如何制得锆钛酸钡基陶瓷以及通过CuO掺杂、Nb^(5+)掺杂、稀土元素离子掺杂、Y^(3+)掺杂、Cd^(2+)掺杂以及改变Er含量,制备具有弥散性铁电相变的锆钛酸钡陶瓷试样,分析掺杂改性对弥散性铁电相变的影响。 zirconium base BaTi03 ceramic near room temperature with high dielectric constant,and in reducing atmosphere and high temperature field in the dielectric properties are relatively stabl,because it has good dielectric,piezoelectric,ferroelectric,pyroelectric force,photoelectric and nonlinear optical characteristics of ferroelectric materials in microelectronics,optoelectronics,integrated optics and microelectronics mechanical systems,and other fields have broad application prospects.Reviewed in this paper how to produce zirconium base BaTi03 eramic and CuO doping,Nb5+doped with rare earth ions doped,Y3+doping,Cd2+doping and change the content of Er,preparation with diffuse ferroelectric phase transition zirconium barium titanate ceramic sample,analysis of doping modification to diffuse the influence of the ferroelectric phase transition.
