摘要
采用挤出法生产的轿车轮胎橡胶粉制备橡胶沥青,并对橡胶沥青混合料进行间断级配(SMA-13)设计。通过路用性能试验,评价不同掺量(质量分数分别为20%、30%、40%)的挤出法胶粉对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,同时优选最佳胶粉掺量。研究结果表明:挤出法胶粉能明显提升橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能。30%掺量橡胶沥青混合料的动稳定度为3 398次/mm,破坏时的最大弯拉应变为2 866.85με,浸水残留稳定度为107.71%,冻融劈裂强度比为77.6%。结合施工和易性考虑,30%掺量的橡胶沥青混合料综合性能最优。
In this paper,the mixing rubber asphalt was prepared by car tire rubber powder which was made in the double screw cold extrusion,and the gradation designs of the SMA-13 rubber asphalt mixture were made.Based on experiments of the pavement performance,the influence on the pavement performance of different dosages( 20%,30%,40%) of extruded rubber powder in rubber asphalt mixture was investigated and estimated. The optimum content of rubber powder was proposed. The experimental results showed that the pavement performance of the mixture can be obviously improved by extruded rubber powder. When the content of rubber powder is 30%,the dynamic stability of the mixture is 3 398 times/mm,the maximum bending strain at break is 2 866 με,the residual water immersion stability is 107. 71%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 77.6%. Therefore,the comprehensive performance of 30% mixed rubber asphalt mixture is optimal.
