摘要
目的:探讨支撑喉镜结合电子频闪喉镜治疗声带息肉的临床疗效。方法:选取对2014年1月26日~2016年4月26日在某院耳鼻喉科住院诊断为声带息肉共120例,其中60例患者作为试验组,采取支撑喉镜结合电子频闪喉镜下手术治疗,另外60例患者作为对照组,仅采取支撑喉镜手术治疗,统计两组患者的治愈率与好转率及观察术后并发症情况。结果:(1)试验组共治愈58例,手术后好转2例,治愈率96.7%,总有效率为100%;对照组共治愈48例,手术后好转12例,治愈率80%,总有效率100%。两组治愈率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)试验组仅出现1例术后并发症,对照组出现5例术后并发症,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支撑喉镜结合电子频闪喉镜对于声带息肉手术切除确切有效,相对于单纯的支撑喉镜手术,其治愈率高,并发症发生少,具有良好的临床效果。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of braced laryngoscope and electronic stroboscopic laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods:120 cases of patients with vocal cord polyps treated in a hospital from January 26,2014 to April 26,2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group.The patients in the study group were treated with braced laryngoscope and electronic stroboscopic laryngoscope,and the patients in the control group were treated with only laryngoscope.The cure rate,improvement rate,and the postoperative complications were observed.Results:(1)58 cases were cured and 2 cases were improved after surgery in the study group.The cure rate is 96.7%and the total effective rate was 100%.48 cases were cured and 12 cases were improved after surgery in the control group.The cure rate was 80%,and the total effective rate was 100%.The cure rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total efficiency was not statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The study group had 1 case of postoperative complication and the control group had 4 cases of postoperative complications,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of laryngoscope and electronic laryngoscope is effective in the surgical resection of vocal cord polyps.It has a high cure rate and less complications,with good clinical effect.
