本文介绍了中国药典、美国药典和欧洲药典对可见异物的检查方法,针对可注射微球制剂,提供了一种检测可见异物的方法,同时,阐述了微球可见异物检查存在的难点和缺陷,列举了常用的应对措施。
This article introduces the inspection methods of visible foreign matter in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,American Pharmacopoeia and European Pharmacopoeia.For injectable microspheres,provides a method of detecting visible foreign matter.At the same time,it expounds the difficulties and defects in the inspection of visible foreign matter for microspheres and lists the commonly used countermeasures.
