功能性垂体腺瘤伽玛刀治疗后激素水平变化与肿瘤体积变化的相关性 被引量:2

Relationship between serum hormone level and tumorous volume in patients with functional pituitary adenomas after Gamma Knife treatment

摘要 目的探讨功能性垂体腺瘤伽玛刀治疗后激素水平变化与肿瘤体积变化的相关性。方法收集2012年1月至2015年1月行伽玛刀治疗的功能性垂体腺瘤72例,其中生长激素(GH)腺瘤32例,泌乳素(PRL)腺瘤40例。伽玛刀治疗前、治疗后1.5年测定激素水平及肿瘤体积。结果伽玛刀治疗后1.5年,GH腺瘤激素水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),GH腺瘤体积较治疗前明显缩小(P<0.05)。伽玛刀治疗后1.5年,PRL腺瘤激素水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),PRL腺瘤体积较治疗前明显缩小(P<0.05)。伽玛刀治疗后1.5年,GH腺瘤激素水平变化与肿瘤体积变化呈明显正相关(r=0.947,P<0.05)。伽玛刀治疗后1.5年,PRL腺瘤激素水平变化与肿瘤体积变化呈明显正相关(r=0.963,P<0.05)。结论本文结果提示功能性垂体腺瘤伽玛刀治疗后激素水平的变化能反映肿瘤体积的变化,激素水平变化的测定对肿瘤的体积变化的测量具有一定的指导意义。 Objective To explore the relationship of serum hormone level with tumorous volume in the patients with functional pituitary adenomas.Methods Of 72 patients with functional pituitary adenomas,32 had growth hormone adenomas and 40 prolactin adenomas.The serum hormones levels and tumorous volumes were measured before the Gamma Knife treatments and 1.5 years after Gamma knife treatm ent in all the patients.The tumorous volumes and serum hormone levels were compared before and after Gamma Knife treatments by paired T-test.Results The tumorous volume was significantly smaller 1.5 years after Gamma knife treatm ent than that before the treatm ent(P<0.05).The serum hormone level were significantly lower 1.5 years after Gamma knife treatm ent than that before the treatm ent(P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that the change in the serum hormone level can reflect the change in the size of the tumor volume.The postoperative change in the serum hormone level is helpful to understanding the change in the tumorous volumes in the patients with functional pituitary adenomas receiving Gamma knife treatment.
