摘要
目的:探讨云南白药气雾剂保护血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的疗效观察。方法:将2014年1月-2016年1月在我院接受持续性血液透析发生动静脉内瘘的66例患者作为本研究对象,按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33),两组患者均行血液透析,对照组血液透析24h后使用喜疗妥外涂按摩,观察组患者则将云南白药气雾剂喷在内瘘和周围皮肤组织上。分别对两组患者的临床疗效、血管并发症发生率以及随访一年的生活质量进行比较。结果:经比较,观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,在对两组患者两年的随访中发现,观察组患者的生活质量评分亦高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:云南白药气雾剂保护是一种简便、安全和可行的治疗方法,促进血肿的吸收以及软化血管等方面具有显著的临床疗效,且提高了患者的近期生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Yunnan Baiyao aerosol(云南白药气囊剂)on AVF in patients with hemodialysis.Methods:According to the random number table method,66 patients were divided into the observation group and control group,33 cases in each.All patients were given hemodialysis;the control group was treated by hirudoid;the observation group was given the Yunnan Baiyao aerosol.The efficacy,incidence of vascular complications and quality of life were compared between groups.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Yunnan Baiyao aerosol is a simple,safe and feasible method,shows significant efficacy,can promote the absorption of hematoma,soften the blood vessels,and improve the quality of life,is worth promoting.
