摘要
目的:探究西药配合鼻渊汤治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:选择我院2015年10月-2016年12月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患儿76例进行研究,随机分组,38例参比组患者选用西药常规治疗,38例观察组患者选用西药配合鼻渊汤联合治疗,比较两组患者的一系列临床指标。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为94.74%,明显高于参比组的71.05%;观察组的缓解时间明显短于参比组;观察组患者的总复发率为5.26%,明显低于参比组的21.05%,以上比较均差异显著,P<0.05。结论:西药配合鼻渊汤西药治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎,不但能够显著改善治疗效果,还可以有效降低复发风险,可广泛应用于临床使用。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of western medicine plus the Biyuan decoction(鼻渊汤)on children with chronic sinusitis.Methods:76 cases of chronic sinusitis in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly grouped.38 patients in the reference group were treated with western medicine.The others in the observation group were treated with the Biyuan decoction more.A series of clinical indicators in two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 94.74%,significantly better than 71.05%in the reference group.The remission time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the reference group.The total recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.26%,significantly less than 21.05%in the reference group,with a significant difference.Conclusion:Western medicine plus the Biyuan decoction on children with chronic sinusitis can significantly improve the treatment effect and effectively reduce the risk of recurrence,and is worth promoting in clinic widely.
