粉煤灰表面设计改性及功能化研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 当前粉煤灰的主要利用方法集中在提取其有用成分、作为填充料、处理废水或制作地聚物等方面,对其改性的研究也主要集中在增加空隙率、增大比表面积、提高吸附能力等方面。对粉煤灰颗粒进行表面改性再功能化的方法是提高其高附加值利用的主要手段之一。通过对粉煤灰表面功能化改性设计,得到了如疏水涂层、调湿材料、空气净化材料等功能材料,拓展了粉煤灰的应用范围,促进了粉煤灰的资源化,达到环境保护的目的。 The study on utilization of fly ash is focused on extracting the useful elements,making the filling material,disposing waste water or turning to geo-polymer by synthesis,and so on.The modification on fly ash is concentrated on improving its porosity,increasing the specific surface area and adsorption ability currently.This method is a supplement to the comprehensive utilization of fly ash.Design method of loading can be controlled on the interface of fly ash particles.The composite of fly ash showed new performances and high added value at the same time by using this new method.By functionalizing the surface of fly ash,functional materials such as hydrophobic coating,humidity-controlling material and air purifying material were obtained,expanding the application range of fly ash and promoting the resource utilization and environmental protection.
