摘要
柠檬酸三丁酯为一种绿色环保的增塑剂,其应用具有广阔的前景。本文采用新型催化剂,以一水合柠檬酸、正丁醇为原料合成柠檬酸三丁酯。重点讨论了反应温度、酸醇比、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响。其优化工艺条件为:反应温度120℃,酸醇比(物质的量)为1:4.5,催化剂用量为酸的4w%,反应时间为2.5h,柠檬酸三丁酯的产率可达到96%以上。
Tributyl citrate(TBC)is a kind of green plasticizer and has a widely application prospect.We synthesize TBC with citric acid monohydrate and n-butyl alcohol under the catalysis of sodium hydrogen sulfate.We studies the effects of act temperature,acid alcohol ratio,catalyst dosage and reaction time.Finally we get the optimal conditions:temperature is 120℃,acid alcohol ratio is 1:4.5,catalyst dosage is 4w%of the acid,and the reaction time is 2.5 hours.Our yield is more than 96%.
