摘要
将精细化管理理念引入高校档案管理,是高校发展的必然要求.本文分析了制约高校档案精细化管理工作的影响因素,并从精细化管理的特征和内涵出发,提出以人为核心,以精确度为保障,以数据化为手段,持续不断地改进和创新,从而推进高校档案精细化管理工作.
It is an inevitable requirement for the development of colleges and universities to introduce the concept of fining management into the archives management of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the influencing factors that restrict the fining management of archives in colleges and universities,and start from the characteristics and connotation of fining management,put people at the core,with accuracy as a guarantee,using data as a means,continuous improvement and innovation,in order to promote the fining management of archives in colleges and universities.
