在黑龙江省的发展中,必须将林业发发展作为重点的发展主题,要求在经济发展的同时,注意生态环境的保护,将林业生态环境保护作为重点,仔细分析黑龙江省林业工程中生态环境保护的重要性,更好的协调经济与环境的发展。
In the development of Heilongjiang province,must send forestry development as the focus on the development of the theme,the requirement of economic development at the same time,pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment,the forestry ecological environment protection as the focus,better coordination of the development of economy and environment.
