摘要
输变电工程施工交叉作业、高空作业、特种作业较多,施工安全风险影响因素多且复杂。因此,在构建施工风险评价指标基础上,首先结合变精度粗糙集与层次分析法确定安全风险指标权重;然后,运用灰色系统理论建立施工风险多层次灰色综合评价模型,确定施工项目安全风险等级;最后,结合输变电工程项目实例对施工安全风险进行综合分析评价,验证模型的可操作性和科学合理性,为项目安全施工提供相关指导。
In view of the characteristics of multi-type cross operation,high altitude operation and special operation,the construction safety risk has many and complicated factors.In the construction of the construction risk evaluation index based on the first combination to determine the weight of security risk index and AHP variable precision rough set,and then using the grey system theory to establish the construction risk multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation model to determine the risk grade of construction project.Finally,combined with the project of power transmission and transformation project,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of construction safety risk is carried out to verify the operability and scientific rationality of the model,and provide relevant guidance for the safety construction of the project.
