摘要
介绍了承钢某高炉炉缸堆积的处理过程。经分析认为炉次基础差、炉温偏低,致使炉缸状态恶化。分4个阶段对高炉进行了调整,逐渐恢复中心煤气流,消除了高炉炉缸堆积现象,实现了稳定顺行。
The treatment process of hearth accumulation of Chengsteel BF is introduced.The analysis shows that the poor furnace plan and low furnace temperature cause the deteriorating hearth state.The blast furnace is adjusted in 4 stages and the central gas flow is gradually restored,so that the BF hearth accumulation is eliminated and the stable and smooth operation is realized.
