摘要
目的探讨围手术期优质护理模式在耳鼻喉科择期手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年6月我院耳鼻喉科收治的136名择期手术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组;对实验组患者采取围手术期优质护理模式,对照组患者采取常规护理模式,比较两组患者在术后并发症发生率、平均住院时间及满意度上的差别。结果与对照组相比较,实验组患者的术后并发症发生率低、平均住院时间短且患者满意度高,在相关数据上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对耳鼻喉科择期手术的患者采取围手术期优质护理模式,有利于患者术后的康复,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative treatment of high quality nursing service in otorhinolaryngologic patients undergoing selective operation.Methods During May January 2016 to June 2017 from the otolaryngology department of our hospital,136 patients undergoing selective operation were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given perioperative treatment of high quality nursing service and the control group was given routine nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,the average length of hospital stay and differences in satisfaction were compared of two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower,the average length of stay was shorter and patient satisfaction was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing service in perioperative treatment in otorhinolaryngologic patients undergoing selective operation is beneficial to the recovery of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
