摘要
绩效工资是高校收入分配制度改革的重要内容,实施绩效工资能够充分调动广大教职员工的工作积极性和创造性。为了体现二级学院的特色和差别,许多高校将绩效工资分配权力下放到二级学院。文章在分析我国高校二级学院绩效工资分配过程中存在问题的基础上,以平衡计分卡为绩效管理工具,对高校二级学院绩效工资分配方案进行了初步设计,并对需要注意的问题进行了深入分析。
Performance salary reform is an important part of the reform of income distribution system in colleges and universities.Implementing performance salary can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of faculty and staff.In order to reflect the characteristics and differences of the secondary colleges,many colleges and universities have decentralized performance salary distribution power to the secondary colleges.This paper analyzes the problems in the process of implementing performance salary system in the secondary colleges of colleges and universities in our country.Based on this,this paper uses the Balanced Scorecard as a performance management tool,designs the performance salary distribution system of the secondary colleges of colleges and universities preliminary,and analyzes the relevant issues deeply that need to pay attention.
