摘要
目的:通过案例教学法提高实验诊断学教学质量,培养学生的临床思维能力。方法:将成都中医药大学五年制中医专业2013级学生分为传统理论教学组和案例教学组,期末通过学生反馈意见调查以及测评考试评价教学效果。结果:案例教学组的学生满意率及实验诊断测试成绩均高于传统理论教学组(P<0.01)。结论:案例教学法能够提高实验诊断学教学质量。
Objective:To improve the teaching quality and cultivate students'clinical thinking ability through the case method.Methods:Five-year undergraduates of Grade 2013 of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the experimental group and the traditional theory teaching group,after the end of the course,teaching effect is evaluated by the students'questionnaire and examination.Results:Case method teaching group is better than Traditional theory teaching group(P<0.01)in the students'satisfaction rate and Laboratory diagnosis test results.Conclusion:Case method can improve the teaching quality of Laboratory diagnostics.
