四合一机组机壳材质的研究 被引量:1

摘要 四合一机组是生产硝酸的核心设备,机组机壳的材质直接影响到硝酸生产的效率。其工作环境恶劣,经常出现不耐腐蚀、局部强度低而变形等问题。现有的ZG0Cr18Ni9材质在硝酸环境中有非常良好的耐腐蚀性能,但其强度相对较低,使用寿命周期短。因此,为提高机壳的使用寿命,降低生产成本,我们对机壳材质进行了研究,且较系统地分析了不同的热处理工艺对该材料显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。试验表明:ZG06Cr16Ni5经1040℃正火、630℃回火热处理后,综合性能最优。且经现场生产检测,研制的机壳材质性能较好,可达到用户的要求。 The four in one unit is the core equipment for nitric acid production,the efficiency of which has been directly influenced by the casing material.The corrosion-resistant,low local strength&deformation and other issues have been often appeared due to the poor working environment.The existing ZG0Cr18Ni9 material has very good corrosion resistance in the nitric acid environment,but its strength is relatively low with short service life.Therefore,in order to improve the service life of the casing and reduce the production cost,the casing material has been studied and the effects of different heat treatment processes on the micro-structure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material has been systematically analyzed.The experiments show that the ZG06Cr16Ni5 is optimum in overall performance after 1040℃normalizing and 630℃tempering heat treatment.And by the onsite production testing,the developed casing material has better performance,which can meet the user's requirements
