摘要
为消除不良铁水对消失模铸件的影响,工艺设计时应用溢流工艺,将铁水充型过程中末端不良铁水引入溢流块,从而保证铸件部分铁水的纯净度。举例说明了溢流工艺在消失模生产中的作用。
In order to eliminate the influence of unfavorable molten iron on lost foam castings,the overflow process has been applied in the design process to lead the end of the unfavorable molten iron during filling process into the overflow block.Thus in this way,the purity of casting part molten iron has been ensured.The function of overflow process in the lost foam production has been illustrated.
