摘要
目的 :观察兰索拉唑、阿奇霉素和甲硝唑短程低剂量三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)的临床疗效和治疗费用。方法 :将 4 7例病人随机分为 2组 :治疗组 2 4例给兰索拉唑 30mg ,po ,qd× 1wk ,阿奇霉素 5 0 0mg ,po ,qd× 3d ,甲硝唑 4 0 0mg ,po ,bid× 3d。对照组 2 3例给奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,po ,bid× 1wk ,克拉霉素 5 0 0mg ,po ,bid× 1wk ,甲硝唑4 0 0mg ,po ,bid× 1wk。停药 1mo后采用14 C呼气试验复查Hp。结果 :治疗组和对照组Hp根除率分别为 92 %和 91% (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗费用为185 .84元和 6 2 3.96元 ;药物不良反应发生率 4 %和9% (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :兰索拉唑、阿奇霉素和甲硝唑短程低剂量三联疗法根除Hp有较好效果 ,且治疗药品费用低 。
AIM: To observe the effect and therapy cost of short-term low-dose triple therapy with azithromycin, metronidazole and lansoprazole for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp). METHODS: Forty-seven patients were divided randomly into two groups. Twenty-four patients of the therapy group were treated with lansoprazole 30 mg, qd, for 1 wk, azithromycin 500 mg, qd, for 3 d, and metronidazole 400 mg, bid, for 3 d. Twenty-three patients of the control group were treated with omeprazole 20 mg, bid, for 1 wk, clarithromycin 500 mg, bid, for 1 wk, and metronidazole 400 mg, bid, for 1 wk. 1 mo after eradication treatment, 14C-UBT examination was taken. RESULTS: Hp eradication rate was 92 % in the therapy group, and 91 % in the control group(P>0.05), while the adverse reaction rate was 4 % and 9 % (P>0.05) respectively. The therapy cost in the therapy group was 185.84 yuan (RMB), compared with 623.96 yuan (RMB) in the control group. CONCLUSION: The short-term low-dose triple therapy appears highly effective for the eradication of Hp. The new treatment, however, seems to have advantages in drug tolerance, patient compliance and therapy cost.
