摘要
针对某重型卡车的主车、挂车匹配分析问题,本文采用CFD方法,对整车的外部气动阻力进行了计算分析。研究结果表明:车厢前端圆角化、加装合适高度的导流罩、挂车尾部扰流板及增加挂车侧护裙对降低整车风阻系数较为明显;其中,车厢前端圆角化降阻效果最为明显,最大可达到15.6%。分析结果可为后续匹配设计提供参考依据。
A CFD software is used in this article to simulate the matching of a truck and trailer,Calculating the vehicle air resistance.The results show that rounding the corners in the front of the truck,installing the appropri原ate height of the shroud,spoiler in the back of the trailer and the side skirt are very effective to reduce the Drag coefficient of the truck;Especially,rounding the corner in the front of the truck is the most effective to reduce the drag coefficient,it is up to 15.6%.The optimization results can used for the guideline of cabin design.
