摘要
针对当前高职院校机电类专业实训设备功能单一而不能满足学生学习实训的需求,设计一种将交直流电机、步进电机、伺服电机、变频器、PLC控制器、气缸、电磁阀和检测传感器等零件进行有机整合的综合实训装置,可以很好地解决机电类专业学生进行综合实训的需求,同时也为相关实训装置的研发提供一定的参考价值。
At present,the function of mechanical and electronic professional training equipment in higher voca原tional colleges can’t meet the needs of students’learning practice.Designing a kind of training device which can be integrated organically by the DC motor,stepper motor,servo motor,converter,PLC controller,cylinder,solenoid valve and test sensor.The training device can be very good to solve the needs of the comprehensive train原ing of students who are major in mechanics and electricity.At the same time,it also provides a reference value for the research and development of the related training device.
