摘要
目的:优化软皮热敷散中芳香水的提取条件。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取软皮热敷散芳香水,借助薄层层析法、紫外分光光度法及高效液相色谱进行检测。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取软皮热敷散中芳香水的最佳条件为加20倍量水,浸泡45min,蒸馏提取4h,合并收集芳香水;提取液过滤,残渣加10倍量水,提取1h,合并提取液。结论:软皮热敷散芳香水提取工艺科学合理、结果稳定、方法可行,可为生产开发提供参考。
Objective:To optimize the aromaticextracting process of Ruanpi Refu powder.Methods:Ruanpi Refu powder was extracted by steam distillationand analysed byTLC,UV,HPLC.Results:Optimum aromaticextracting technology conditions were as follows:soaked for 45minutes and extracted 4 h with twenty times the amount of water,then filtrated and extracted 1 h with ten times the amount of water.Conclusions:The optimized extracting technology ofRuanpiRefu powder is reasonable,stable,and feasible.The experimental results can be used foroffering references for it's industrial production.
