摘要
齿轮油泵的困油现象是有害的,虽然出现了多种方法有效地降低了它的危害,但均不能从根本上消除困油现象,限制了齿轮油泵的进一步应用。文章从齿轮轮齿啮合对数而产生的全齿宽啮合接触密封线的数量出发,结合齿轮油泵的工作原理,总结推导出了理论上无困油现象的斜齿轮油泵齿宽与螺旋角的关系式。
Trapping oil phenomenon of gear pump is harmful.Although there have been a variety of methods to effectively reduce its harm,none of them can eliminate the trapping oil phenomena fundamentally,which is limiting the further application of the gear pump.In this paper,the derivation bases on the number of gear meshing contact seal line and gear pump working principle,and it deduces the theoreti-calequationbetweenthetoothwidthandthehelixangleunderwhichgearpumphavenotappingoilphenomenon.
