摘要
为了探讨医院药学服务工作中出现的问题,并提出相应的改进措施,旨为临床药师的发展成长提供参考,本研究分析了2015年1月至2016年12月我院临床药师协助医师进行药物治疗的实际案例,总结出临床药师在药师服务工作中存在着知识结构不合理、临床思维缺乏、交际沟通能力缺乏、对临床药学工作重视程度不高、临床药学服务专业人员不足、资金投入较少、网络平台设置不理想、医疗卫生法规制度亟待完善等问题。基于以上问题,要想推动医院临床药学服务工作的顺利开展,必须树立临床药学服务观念与意识、全面提升药师的业务素质、对药物不良反应进行实时监测并加强软件与硬件设施建设。
To analyze the problems in the hospital medical service work,and put forward the corresponding improve-ment measures to provide reference for the development of clinical pharmacists,the actual cases that clinical pharmacists assisted to medical treatement of physicians from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were analyzed,and the problems of clinical pharmacists in pharmacist service were summarized.In the hospital medical service work,the problems of irrational knowledge structure,lack of clinical thinking,lack of communication skills,not high attention in clinical phar-macy,lack of clinical pharmacy service professionals,less capital investment,not ideal network platform settings,medical regulations and systems urgently improvement and so on were summarized.Based on the problems we summarized,to promote the development of hospital clinical pharmacy services,we must establish the concept and awareness of clinical pharmacy services,enhance the professional quality of pharmacists,strengthen real-time monitoring of adverse drug reac-tions and the construction of software and hardware.
