分析微创拔牙术治疗下颌复杂阻生牙的疗效 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察分析微创拔牙术治疗下颌复杂阻生牙的疗效。方法 180例下颌复杂阻生牙患者,根据治疗方式不同分为A组和B组,每组90例。A组采用传统机械拔牙治疗,B组采用低速直机配合高速涡轮机微创拔牙治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果 B组手术时间为(23.42±10.22)min,短于A组的(70.22±10.32)min,差异具有统计学意义(t=30.569,P=0.000<0.05)。B组并发症总发生率为8.89%,明显低于A组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.496,P<0.05)。B组治疗总有效率为92.22%,明显高于A组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=14.504,P<0.05)。结论采用微创拔牙术治疗下颌复杂阻生牙能够有效缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率,临床疗效确切。
