摘要
乙烯焦油是乙烯裂解原料蒸汽裂解的副产物,其主要成分为双环以上稠环芳烃,主要作为燃料油,利用效率较低。通过介绍乙烯焦油制备芳烃溶剂油、石油树脂、精馏结晶法提取萘、制备碳纤维沥青、加氢处理后作为燃料油调合组分以及延迟焦化和气化原料等方面的研究进展,提出了高效合理利用的研究方向。
Ethylene bottomoil was a byproduct from the steam cracking of the etliylene cracking raw material,the main component bicyclic ring and the above fused aromatic com-pounds was used as fuel oil and the utilization efficiency was low.Aimed the previous situation,research progresses on the preparation of aromatic oil solvent oil,petroleum resin,distillation naphthalene,the preparation of carbon fiber asphalt and the fuel oil blending component after hydrogenation,the delayed coking and gasification raw materials were described,and research direction for the high efficient and reasonable usage of ethylene bottom oil was provided.
